Due to Covid-19 do you offer Individual boxed meals for catering orders?

Yes! We offer individually boxed meals for any catering order and offer contactless safe delivery

How much lead time / notice do we need for catering orders?

We recommend at least 24 hrs notice for orders

Is there a minimum per order?

Minimum 10 people for New Jersey deliveries, Minimum 15 people for NY deliveries.

Where do we deliver?

We deliver to all of NJ and NYC all 5 boroughs.

What are the delivery fees?

NYC = $35; Brooklyn/Bronx/Queens = $50; Staten Island = $75; NJ Local = $15; NJ surrounding areas = $25; NJ more than 10 miles = Approx $35-$45. 

Delivery Includes: Complete setup, utensils, serving utensils, plastic plates, napkins, labels.

Can we provide serving staff?

Yes, we can provide staff for an additional fee.

Do we cater weddings?

Yes, we can cater Weddings and large banquet style events. We are available to work with any type of venue.

Can we cater at catering venues-banquets halls?

Yes, we can also help with serving staff and rentals.

Is drop off-setup and plates/utensils available?

Yes, we handle the drop-off, setup of your food and can provide plates/utensils (additional fee may apply).

Do we offer vegan menus? Gluten free menus? Special dietary menu options?

Yes, we offer Vegan menu items and packages as well as Gluten free options. We can cater your menu to any dietary restrictions.

Can we take last minute catering orders?

Yes, please call us for our availability at 201-792-2272.

Do we offer tastings?

Yes, we can offer a tasting for your event. Please call us at 201-792-2272 for information.

Do we offer online ordering?

Yes, you can easily order online thru our website @ EZ Cater

Pricing & Payment

When do you bill my credit card?

Payment on your catering order is due upon ordering online or receipt of our invoice.

Is there a delivery charge?

Yes, there is a delivery charge depending on the location.

Should I tip the delivery driver?

Yes, you can tip the driver but can also leave a tip on the invoice.

Can I get a receipt for an old order?


What credit cards can I use?

We accept all major credit cards.

Is the food delivered? Can I pick it up?

Yes, we can deliver your food or you may pick it up at our Jersey City location.

Is the ordering process secure?


Do we work with pharma/device reps?

Yes, we work with many Pharma reps in the area to deliver to medical offices.

Can we include sternos, wire trays, water trays, chafing trays?

Yes, we can include the following for a additional fee.

Do we offer rental services for catering items?

Yes, we offer rentals for items such as linens, chafing trays, etc.

Do you offer holiday catering menus/packages?

Yes, we offer special holiday menus during the holidays.

Do we work with banquet venues?

Yes, we work with catering venues. Please inquire for our venues at 201-792-2272.


How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed over the phone by calling 201-792-2272, via online ordering through our website, via email @ or via text message.

Can I place orders in advance?

Yes, orders may be placed in advanced.

Can I view my past or future orders?


Can I repeat my favorite orders?

Yes, this can be done via our online ordering platform.

Can I change an order once it is placed?

Orders may be changed if it’s 24 hours or longer before your event.

Is there a fee for cancelling an order?

We charge a fee if orders are cancelled within 72 hours of your event.

Can I accommodate special requests?

Yes, we can accommodate special menu and dietary requests.
